During the meeting arranged by Juan Novo Ecijano sa Kaunlarang Pambansa Inc., founded in 2016 and composed of leaders and constituents from 42 farmer associations and cooperatives in Nueva Ecija, Sec. Larry Gadon discussed the state of rice production and proposed sustainable solutions. Atty.
