Goldmine Farm to Market Spreads Joy and Hope Through Gift-Giving Activity at Three Angels Institute of Cavite Inc.

Goldmine Farm to Market strengthens its commitment to education and community service through a heartwarming celebration of generosity, gratitude, and meaningful partnerships.

CAVITE, PHILIPPINES — More than just a celebration, it was a day filled with smiles, laughter, and heartfelt generosity as Goldmine Farm to Market brought joy to the students and faculty members of Three Angels Institute of Cavite Inc. through a special gift-giving activity held in celebration of the birthday of its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Orlando “Orly” Manuntag.

Driven by its commitment to corporate social responsibility, Goldmine Farm to Market continues to demonstrate that success in business is not measured by profit alone, but also by the positive impact it creates in the lives of others. With giving back to the community among its top priorities, the company remains dedicated to supporting education, uplifting underprivileged children, and creating meaningful opportunities for those in need.

A Celebration of Generosity and Togetherness

In coordination with the school administration, the Goldmine team organized a simple yet meaningful program that brought together students, teachers, and company representatives for a day of fun, entertainment, and giving.

The celebration began with energetic dance performances from the students, setting a cheerful atmosphere and welcoming the guests with enthusiasm. Their lively presentations filled the venue with excitement and marked the beginning of a memorable occasion.

Adding to the festivities, the Goldmine team prepared entertaining parlor games and exciting prizes, giving the children opportunities to participate, showcase their energy, and enjoy the celebration.

One of the highlights of the event was the distribution of rice, food packs, and loot bags to the students and faculty members. These gifts served as tangible expressions of the company’s generosity and its sincere desire to extend care and support to the school community.

The celebration became even more meaningful as students from the school’s Special Education (SPED) program, together with Goldmine scholars, showcased their talents through singing and dancing performances. Their presentations brought joy to the audience and highlighted the confidence, creativity, and abilities of every child.

A Meaningful Connection That Led to a Lasting Partnership

Beyond the festivities, the occasion also highlighted the inspiring story behind Goldmine Farm to Market’s partnership with Three Angels Institute of Cavite Inc.

During his opening remarks, Mr. Mike Mertalla shared his personal experiences with Goldmine CEO Orlando Manuntag, recalling how their relationship began in 2006 at AIMS, where Manuntag was one of his students pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Customs Administration.

Mertalla fondly remembered Manuntag as his first student to successfully pass the customs broker licensure examination, a milestone that became a source of pride and a memorable chapter in his teaching career.

He further recalled that after practicing his profession as a licensed customs broker for two years, Manuntag eventually expressed his desire to continue the rice retailing business established by his late father.

As the years passed, the two lost communication while pursuing their respective paths. However, their connection was unexpectedly renewed when Mertalla received a phone call from Manuntag one Saturday evening, inviting him to meet the following day.

Little did he know that this reunion would become the beginning of something far more meaningful.

During that meeting, Manuntag expressed his willingness to support Mertalla’s educational advocacy by sponsoring students at Three Angels Institute of Cavite Inc.

What began as a teacher-student relationship eventually grew into a partnership founded on gratitude, trust, and a shared commitment to helping children achieve a brighter future.

Since then, Goldmine Farm to Market has extended its support through educational sponsorships, helping provide students with opportunities to continue their studies and pursue their dreams.

Beyond Business: A Commitment to Changing Lives

For Goldmine Farm to Market, the gift-giving activity was more than a birthday celebration. It was a reflection of the company’s deeper purpose: to use its success as an opportunity to uplift others.

Through its educational sponsorships and community outreach initiatives, Goldmine continues to embody the belief that businesses have a responsibility not only to grow economically but also to contribute positively to society.

The company’s support for Three Angels Institute of Cavite Inc. demonstrates how acts of generosity, whether through educational assistance or simple gifts, can create lasting impressions and inspire hope among young learners.

More importantly, the initiative reflects Manuntag’s appreciation for the people who have been part of his journey. By extending support to the school led by his former mentor, he has transformed a meaningful personal connection into an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of children.

Sharing Blessings, Inspiring Hope

As the celebration concluded, the smiles and excitement of the students served as reminders of the true significance of the occasion.

The performances, games, and gifts may have highlighted the day’s festivities, but the spirit of compassion and generosity remained its most meaningful message.

Through this initiative, Goldmine Farm to Market reaffirmed its commitment to building stronger communities and supporting the next generation through education, kindness, and meaningful partnerships.

The event also stood as a testament to the enduring bond between a teacher and his former student—a relationship that, years later, continues to open doors of opportunity for others.

For Goldmine Farm to Market, true success goes beyond business achievements. It is found in the lives touched, the dreams supported, and the hope shared with the community.

Because the greatest way to celebrate life’s blessings is by sharing them with others.
